How can I adjust my satin bracelet?
• Make the bracelet wider: Slide both knots towards the ring.
• Make the bracelet tighter: Hold the knot, and on the same side pull the upper/lower cord. Do the same with the other side.
OR; hold the upper/lower cord and push back the knot.
Are the jewelry pieces made from authentic gold and silver materials?
Our products are shaped from the finest materials, made from solid 925 Silver and solid 14 karat yellow, white & rosé Gold.
The inner yellow rings of the 'Tricolor bracelets' are engraved with a small authentic gold hallmark stamp ‘585’, certifying its 14K gold content as verified by the official Dutch Assay Office, member of the EU Common Control Marks, located in Geneva.

Can I wear my jewelry while swimming and showering?
Our jewelry is entirely crafted with 925 silver, 14 kt yellow, white, or rosé gold. Therefore, they are water, sun, sweat and rust proof.
How should I clean my silver and gold jewelry?
Use a cleaning cloth regularly to keep your products clean in a careful way.
Do you want to clean your products a little more thoroughly? Then do the following:
• Make some soapy lukewarm water with a little bit of green soap. Leave the jewelry in this soapy water for a few minutes. Then gently brush or rub the jewelry with a soft toothbrush or cotton cloth.
