RETURNS
Crius Jewelry aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item.
To make a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
- Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
After the return period has ended, we are unable to process any requests for product or cord colour exchanges.
IMPORTANT
The customer is fully responsible for the return process.
- Crius Jewelry will provide the customer with instructions and a shipping address, located in The Netherlands, Europe.
- Returned products must be sent with a track and trace code.
- Crius Jewelry is not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
- For customers outside the EU, any customs fees, handling charges, or associated import costs will be deducted from the purchase amount refunded to the customer.
If a customer does not meet the above conditions, it is not possible for Crius Jewelry to proceed with a refund.
I WANT TO RETURN MY JEWELRY
- Open the return portal to initiate a return process.
- After approval, you will find the return address in the return portal. This will be updated within 24 hours.
- After items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
